Directions: There are 6 tonsils. Begin working on the palantine and 2 lingual tonsils. For an adult, 1/2 dropper full dripped in a line at the back of the tongue with the head tilted backwards. Let the oil slide onto the tonsils. Repeat with the head back and tilted to the left, then again to the right. Do this 3x a day. If you need to work on the tubal tonsils, the head should be tilted back with the chin upwards and at right and left angles.
