Once antibiotics enter the system, good bacteria are suppressed and yeast (in the gut) and mold (in the sinuses) can colonize.  This leads to a pathogenic shift in the remaining bacteria.  Step one: Kill the yeast, mold and suppress the bad bacteria.  Specifically, we can consider the following compounds:  Surfactin, Iturin, Fengycin, Bacillomycin and Alpha amylase.

Once we’ve got the bad actors suppressed, we need to clean up the inflammatory debris left over from the battles.  Specifically we can consider the SPMs (Specialized Pro-Resolving Mediators).
Good bacteria are rarely completely wiped out in the gut and sinus.  Dormant persister cells wait for the environment to improve.  Shifting pH to the right range and waking the dormant cells up with RPFs (Resuscitation Protection Factors) may be helpful.
Mold, candida and other infections like staph and Lyme trick the immune system into an ineffective allergic response (Th2).  To properly fight these infections, the immune system must shift from Th2 to Th1.

Roots and tubers were a major part of our ancestral diet.  Unlike our washed modern vegetables, ancestral diets contained soil based micro-organisms that lived in the roots of the plant.  These bacillus bacteria are part of our microbiome, but they don’t colonize, so we need to take them daily.

Directions: Take one Bacillimet per meal.

Ingredients: A proprietary blend of specific strains of Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus velenzensis, Bacillus megaterium, Bacillus licheniformis, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens, Bacillus coagulans and Bacillus clausii.

Glytamins

Because it takes bile to wake Bacillus up from their spore form, consider our Glytamins product to support the body in maintaining healthy bile flow.

When rebuilding the gut microbiome, the first step is to support the LAB (lactic acid bacteria) in lowering stool pH.  Consider Acidulem.
Once stool pH is <6.3 you can start to work on microbial diversity.  Consider Panaceum.
