The sinus microbiome makes postbiotics that supports proper brain and immune responses.
Open capsule, mix with distilled water in a sterile spray or dropper bottle. Do 6 sprays a day each nostril. After 7 days, move to a dropper and directly drip probiotics into each sinus cavity. This is done by dripping a probiotic in each of the 6 sinus cavities. Drip the probiotic mix in each nostril with the head tilted 20 degrees to each side while the nose points directly upwards, back 10 degrees and back 20 degrees.
Ingredients: Xylitol, Corynebacterium pseudodiphtheriticum, Dolosigranulum pigrum and Commensal Staphylococcus epidermidis.
Keep refrigerated. Use within 48 hours of constituting.
