Directions:
Open capsule, mix with distilled water in a sterile nasal spray bottle. Take one spray in each nostril 6 times the first day.
Following days, one spray a day or mix in a nasal/neti/navage irrigation system.
Ingredients: Xylitol, Corynebacterium pseudodiphtheriticum, Dolosigranulum pigrum and Commensal Staphylococcus epidermidis.
Keep refrigerated. Use within 48 hours of constituting.
