Guttaschild contains a blend of organic Frankincense, Myrrh, Helichrysum, Sweet Marjoram and Chamomile in a base of black cumin seed oil.
Directions: For an adult, 1/2 dropper full dripped in a line at the back of the toungue with the head tilted backwards. Let the oil slide onto the tonsils. Repeat with the head back and tilted to the left, then again to the right. Do this 3x a day.
