How it works:
1- Get your home vacuumed and dusted ahead of time.
2- Turn off any central AC or Heating and replace the air filters.
3-Remove any pets, plants, close the windows, open all the drawers and closets. Remove and wash all bedding. Pull any furniture or beds away from the wall a few inches. Open any appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators).
4- Set the unit up in the center of the room, turn on the timer and let it run for the set time (based on room size).
5-Use the prepaid shipping label to return the unit.
6-Maintain your home at a 40% humidity to suppress recolonization.

Our mold fogging rental system generates a dry hydrogen peroxide fog which may kill 99.9999% of mold, fungi, bacteria and viruses in a structure. Mycotoxins VOCs may also be destroyed. Safe on electronics, but pets, plants, rayon, leather and polished wood may be affected.
Each unit comes with 3 liters of Hydrogen Peroxide, enough to treat 10,000 cubic feet of space. Additional peroxide can be ordered.
A standard sized room will take 2 hours to treat. We suggest that after treatment, that humidity in the home be kept at 40%.
